This website is operated by Team Lintz Media, LLC ("Team Lintz Media," "we," "us," or "our"), a department of Artists for Community Transformation Intl, Inc. ("ACT Intl"). It exists to share the story of *ABLE*, an independent feature film in development, and to invite people to support, follow, and take part in bringing it to the screen.

By visiting this site, subscribing to our email list, submitting a form, making a donation, entering a promotion, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the Project

*ABLE* is an independent film project in active development. Information on this site about production timelines, filming locations, casting, funding, sponsorship benefits, premiere plans, and distribution reflects our current plans and intentions. Independent film is unpredictable. Plans change, timelines shift, and some elements may change substantially or not happen at all.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee that the film will be produced, completed, released, or distributed, or that it will be produced on any particular schedule or in any particular location.

Donations and Fiscal Sponsorship

All donations made through this site are processed through ACT Intl, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. You will receive a receipt for your donation from ACT Intl. No goods or services are provided in exchange for your contribution, and no donor information is sold or given to a third party. Team Lintz Media, a department of ACT Intl, retains full discretion and control over the allocation of donated funds to ensure their use in furtherance of our mission.

Please note:

- **Donations are gifts, not investments.** A donation does not give you any ownership interest, profit participation, creative control, credit, or other rights in the film or in Team Lintz Media, LLC, except as expressly described in a written sponsorship agreement.

- **Donations are generally non-refundable.** If you believe a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, contact us at team@ablemovie.com and we will work with ACT Intl to review it.

- **Payment processing is handled by third parties.** Donations are collected through third-party platforms, and your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not collect or store your full payment card information.

- **We are not tax advisors.** Consult your own advisor about the deductibility of any contribution.

Sponsorships and In-Kind Support

Sponsorship levels and the benefits described on this site are offered in good faith and reflect our current production plans. Specific benefits, including credit placement, on-set access, premiere tickets, merchandise, and appearances in promotional or behind-the-scenes content, depend on production circumstances outside our control.

We reserve the right to substitute a benefit of comparable value where a described benefit becomes impractical, and to decline or discontinue a sponsorship where we believe the association is inconsistent with the values or purpose of the project. Sponsorships of $1,000 and above are confirmed by separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on this site.

In-kind contributions of goods, services, locations, or resources are accepted at our discretion and are subject to production needs, scheduling, and safety requirements. Acceptance of an offer of in-kind support is not final until confirmed in writing by our team.

No Offer of Securities

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment interest in *ABLE*, Team Lintz Media, LLC, or any affiliated entity. No such offer will be made except in compliance with applicable federal and state securities laws, and only through the appropriate offering documents to persons qualified to receive them. Inquiries submitted through this site are informational only and create no obligation on the part of any party.

Promotions, Contests, and Giveaways

From time to time we run contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, and similar promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own official rules, which are posted with that promotion and control over these Terms & Conditions in the event of a conflict. Please read the official rules before entering.

Unless the official rules for a specific promotion state otherwise, our promotions are open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, void where prohibited, and no donation or purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Our promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, university, athletic program, team, or other third party unless expressly stated in the official rules for that promotion.

Volunteers, Extras, and On-Set Participation

If you volunteer, sign up to provide meals, serve as a background actor or extra, or otherwise participate in the production, additional terms apply:

- Volunteer and extra roles are unpaid, and participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Team Lintz Media, LLC or ACT Intl.

- Submitting an interest form does not guarantee a role, a call time, screen time, or an on-set visit. Scenes are cut, schedules change, and we may not be able to use everyone who volunteers.

- Participation on a working film set involves inherent risks. Anyone participating on set will be required to sign a separate release, likeness and appearance release, and any applicable waivers before participating, and to follow all safety instructions from our production team.

- Anyone under 18 will need the written consent of a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied as required by our production team and applicable law.

- We may photograph, film, and record on set and at project events, and may use that footage and imagery in the film, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional materials.

Email and Text Communications

When you join our email list, you agree to receive project updates, behind-the-scenes content, fundraising and volunteer opportunities, merchandise offers, and related messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us at team@ablemovie.com. Transactional messages, such as donation receipts or confirmations for something you signed up for, may still be sent.

Your Submissions

If you send us a story, comment, photo, video, testimonial, suggestion, or other material through this site, our forms, our email list, or our social media accounts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and share that material in connection with the project and its promotion, with attribution where appropriate. You confirm that you have the right to share what you send us. Do not send us confidential material or anything you do not want us to use.

We are not able to review unsolicited scripts, screenplays, treatments, or story pitches, and we cannot accept or return them.

Our Content and Trademarks

The content on this site, including the *ABLE* name and logo, text, photography, video, artwork, and design, is owned by or licensed to Team Lintz Media, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may share and link to our content on social media for the purpose of supporting the film. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, commercial use, or use in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, requires our prior written permission.

Third-party names, logos, and marks appearing on this site, including those of our sponsors, partner organizations, and other third parties, are the property of their respective owners and appear with permission or for identification purposes only.

Third-Party Links and Services

This site links to and relies on third-party services, including donation processing, email marketing, form collection, and social media platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Lintz Media, LLC and ACT Intl from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this site, your submissions, your participation in the production, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update, change, or remove content on this site, and we may revise these Terms & Conditions, at any time. Revisions take effect when posted, and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the change. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
